DMVGA REPRESENTITIVE
TONY RAWLINGS
To be a member of Devon Men's Veteran's Golf Association, a player should be aged 60 or over and a member of a Devon Golf Club affiliated to Devon Golf Ltd.
To participate in any of the DMVGA events players must be a paid-up member of the DMVGA (£3 annually) and hold a World Handicap System Handicap Index.
We currently have approximately 46 DMVGA members.
DMVGA provides competitive matches & competitions throughout Devon.
If you would like to be considered for Emerton Court then you must be a member of the DMVGA and have played a minimum of three competitions the previous year organised within the Seniors.
WINTER SERIES
An inter-Club team Stableford 4BBB competition played over three rounds.
Clubs may only enter one team of four players for each event playing Better Ball pairs with the scores from both pairs aggregated.
Pairs will play in four ball groups with a pair from another club.
85% handicap allowance.
Scores will be assessed by the WHS system and may result in handicap changes.
Reserves
Ray Dixon, Andrew Thomas & Tony Rawlings
ROUND 1
The best pair in will receive the Harry Keen Salver.
Cost £35 includes bacon bap & coffee on arrival.
ROUND 2
The best pair will receive the Bert Wills Trophy.
Cost £12 includes bacon bap & coffee on arrival
ROUND 3
The best pair will receive the Arthur Dymond Trophy.
Cost £45 includes bacon bap & coffee on arrival.
The Coronation Cup will be awarded to the pair with the best score from all three events.
The Winter Series Trophy will be awarded to the team with the best overall aggregated score.
All players in the first two teams in each event will win e-vouchers.
