To Start

Honey roasted parsnip, carrot and coriander soup, topped with sour cream.

Mixed seafood medley with crispy leaves, pickled cucumber and plum tomatoes, bound in a Bloody Mary dressing.

Chicken and smoked ham hock terrine, served with chicory, sweetcorn relish and sourdough crisp bread.

Main Course

Lemon and thyme roast breast of turkey with sage, onion and chestnut stuffing, pigs in blankets and roast gravy.

Slow braised prime steak Chasseur with rich red wine, button mushrooms, silverskin onions and tomato concassé.

Grilled fillet of seabass with sticky orange and ginger glaze, red chilli, lime and basil sauce.

Homemade fruit and nut roast glazed with Godminster cheese, served with cranberry and chestnut gravy.

To Finish

Traditional steamed Christmas pudding served with brandy sauce and Cornish clotted cream.

Belgian chocolate mousse cake with white chocolate shavings, coffee and Tia Maria centre and a clementine sauce.

Warm apple & raspberry crumble tart, served with raspberry ripple ice cream.
